ABSTRACT: Innovations in Adaptive Technologies for Supporting Diverse Vocational Learners explore advancements in adaptive technologies aimed at improving learning outcomes for diverse student populations in vocational education. This study investigates the effectiveness of adaptive technologies in accommodating various learning styles, abilities, and needs among vocational learners. The objectives were: to assess the impact of adaptive technologies on learning engagement and academic performance, to evaluate the usability and acceptance of adaptive technologies among vocational educators and students, and to propose recommendations for integrating adaptive technologies into vocational curricula. A survey design was employed to collect comprehensive data from educators, students with diverse learning needs, and technology experts, providing insights into adaptive technology implementation. A sample size of 250 respondents was chosen using a purposive sampling technique to include participants with experience in adaptive technology use in vocational education. The case study focused on the Federal College of Fisheries and Marine Technology, Victoria Island, Lagos State. Findings indicated that adaptive technologies improved accessibility, engagement, and learning outcomes for diverse vocational learners. It was recommended that vocational institutions should invest in adaptive technology infrastructure, provide training for educators on their effective use, and ensure equitable access to technology resources for all students.
